Frequently Asked Questions

1. What if I can’t find a suitable time?

If you’re unable to find an appointment time that works for you, please join the waitlist or email me directly. I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule or let you know of any cancellations.

2. What should I know about insurance coverage?

Manual Osteopathy: I’m covered by most insurance companies, except for IA Insurance, which I know does not provide coverage for this service.

Registered Massage Therapy: As a regulated health profession, registered massage therapy is typically covered by all insurance companies, provided your plan includes it.

Please note: I am unable to verify the details of your individual coverage. Always check with your insurance company to ensure your plan includes the services you’re booking.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed visits leave a gap in the schedule that could have been filled by another patient. To ensure fairness, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full appointment cost, and no insurance receipt can be issued.

If there’s anything else you’d like to know, don’t hesitate to ask. I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!
